Chapel/Prayer House

At Artemis Hospital, we recognize to meet the spiritual and religious needs of our patients as well as their families as a vital part of caring for any person. Considering our commitment to offer spiritual care to our patients and their families, we have a Prayer Room accommodating a variety of spiritual requirements. It is open for 24 hours a day, seven days a week. We also have a small temple at the entrance of the hospital.

Pharmacy

At Artemis Hospital, the pharmacy offers prescription medicines and vaccines. There are three pharmacies located inside the premises of the hospital- one is only for the in-patients and others are open for everyone and located at Gate number 2 and on the ground floor near the OPD.

At Artemis Hospital, we have a fully equipped library and learning resource center for the Doctors and students where they can read the newspaper, research a health topic or borrow a book or video.

Guest Relations Executive: Right from the admission to the discharge, a guest relations executive accompanies each of our patients and their family to guarantee safety, comfort and satisfaction of the patients. We will provide assistance to the patients in order to make their stay comfortable and smooth. If any problems during accommodation or services arise, then she will address and resolve them on behalf of the hospital.
  2. Telephone Service: Every bed at the Artemis hospital has its own telephone number which patients receive upon admission to the hospital. The instructions for using the telephone number can be found in the patient’s room. We provide our International patients with local SIM cards so that they can use it in their Mobile Phones for easy access and communication throughout their stay.
  3. Newspapers: The prominent newspapers such as The Hindustan Times and the Hindustan are provided to the patient’s room on request.
